Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your Frostly order before dispatch. After delivery, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return your purchase, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in separate shipments, this period begins when you receive the final item. Any longer period required by applicable law remains available.

To request a cancellation or return, email tiktokasluce@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement of your request.

Returning your purchase

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Package the maker securely, include its supplied parts and accessories, and retain proof of postage.

Contact us for return instructions. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition of a statutory return. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a reasonable deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your purchase is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, Frostly covers reasonable return costs required to provide your legal remedy. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments due to you within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds include the basic outbound delivery charge. Standard shipping is free, so this charge is $0.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

For partial returns, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items, taking account of the discount applied to your order, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Optional care

Unused optional care can be cancelled with a corresponding full-order cancellation. Any legally permitted deduction for services already supplied requires the appropriate express request and disclosures.

Faulty goods and statutory rights

Your rights concerning faulty goods are separate from the 14-day withdrawal period. Applicable statutory guarantees and remedies remain available without purchasing additional care. EU/EEA consumers retain their applicable conformity rights, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods where applicable.
