Free standard shipping

Frostly offers free standard shipping to supported countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping Protection is a separate optional service and is not required to receive free shipping.

Estimated delivery: 2 weeks

Estimated delivery is approximately two weeks—14 calendar days—from order confirmation, including order preparation and transit.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs inspections, public holidays, remote destinations and carrier disruption may extend delivery times.

International shipping

Orders may be dispatched by our fulfilment partners from outside your country. Delivery is subject to applicable law, Shopify restrictions and carrier availability.

If we cannot fulfil an order to your address, we will contact you and refund the payment due.

Taxes and duties collected by Frostly are displayed at checkout. Where import charges are not collected in advance, destination authorities may assess customs duties or import taxes separately. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated period, is lost or arrives damaged, email tiktokasluce@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide the appropriate solution.

You do not need paid Shipping Protection to receive statutory remedies for non-delivery or damaged goods.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address before completing payment. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

We will explain any additional cost associated with a requested reroute or an incorrect address before arranging it, subject to your legal rights.
