About Frostly
These terms apply to purchases and use of frostly.us, operated by Nojus Lucevičius under the Frostly brand.
Shopify provides the platform used to host our store and process checkout. Your seller is the Frostly store operator, not Shopify.
Orders and payments
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are entitled to use.
Available payment methods and your order total are displayed before payment. Your purchase is confirmed when we accept your order and send its confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund the payment due. Fraudulent or unlawful orders may be refused in accordance with applicable law.
Products and use
The product description and selected colour form part of your order. Screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Follow the supplied preparation, operating and cleaning instructions. Frostly’s freezer bowl must be prepared as directed; the maker does not have built-in refrigeration.
Prices and offers
Prices, applicable taxes and charges are displayed before payment. Currency conversion may affect the amount displayed in your local currency.
Launch prices and bundle offers apply as displayed when you order. A comparison labelled as a planned regular price describes intended pricing after the launch offer, rather than a previous selling price.
Offers may change for future orders. These changes do not alter an already accepted order. Discounts apply according to their displayed eligibility and combination rules.
Shipping and returns
Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Estimated delivery is approximately two weeks from order confirmation, subject to our Shipping Policy.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, return costs and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.
Optional Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is a merchant-provided service priced at $3.99 per order. It covers Frostly makers purchased with that order if their parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
For a covered incident, Frostly provides a replacement shipment without an additional shipping charge. Theft after confirmed delivery is excluded.
This service is not insurance, does not make delivery faster and is not required for free shipping or statutory remedies.
Optional 1-Year Replacement Cover
1-Year Replacement Cover is a merchant-provided service priced at $12.99 per order. It covers physical Frostly makers purchased with that order for 12 months from delivery.
For a covered functional fault under normal use, Frostly provides a replacement maker without an additional shipping charge. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications and normal cosmetic wear are excluded.
Contact us with your order number and a description or evidence of the fault. Obtain return instructions before sending an item back.
Paid care does not replace, shorten or restrict statutory guarantees, faulty-goods remedies or other mandatory rights. Review your selection and total before payment and remove services you do not want.
Store use and content
Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, attacks on its systems or infringement of others’ rights.
Original branding, imagery and content may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Generated showcase imagery is illustrative.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential communications may be sent to fulfil your order. Marketing preferences can be changed using the available unsubscribe or privacy controls.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Lithuanian law applies where a choice of law is permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
Contact us first about a complaint. Lithuanian consumers may seek assistance from the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority at vvtat.lrv.lt. Consumers elsewhere may contact their competent local authority. Access to courts and other remedies remains available.
